Please ensure you put your company name on each item, this will make it easier to identify.

 

Please ensure any advance deliveries are not made before Monday 28th October 2024.

 

Please also ensure that the exhibition name is clearly stated along with the date of the exhibition.

 

Please be aware that the venue will not take responsibility if any consignments are misplaced.

Parking

 

There is no car parking available on site at the venue. Exhibitors can access the loading area to unload only, but then must return to their vehicle and park off site for the duration of the event.

The exhibition format is open plan, table top style. Please note that shell schemes are not supplied for this event.

 

Audio, Visual and Furniture Suppliers

Items can be collected from the store room located by reception at the end of the conference.

​

All items must be collected by 13:00 on Wednesday 30th October.
